• When we refinish a floor, we use three coats of commercial grade finish. We sand with three grits of paper. That's the way it should be done. Other companies water down their finish or skip a coat of finish. 
  
• When we install a floor, we tongue and grove every joint, even header boards. Most other firms aren't this detailed.
